Our depth of experience means we are one of a few companies able to offer a full extended range of machinery, from power cables to optical fibre cables for telecommunications and automation.
Our range gives us a position as leader in the market. We must also provide our customers with a more extensive range of services including renewal, test labs and remote and turnkey services.
SIMPLE: refurbishment of existing machines replacing damaged parts.
ADVANCED: refurbishment and increasing production performance.
HYBRID: refurbishment of sections of the line and integration with new machines.
EXCHANGE: replacing the old line with a new one. The old line is evaluated, and replaced into a new machine.
Into the new production site there is a dedicated area where it has been installed one extrusion line necessary for developing new technical solutions and not only: this area is available for our customers for letting them test new row materials or production solutions.
In the late 1990s Ital was among the first companies to implement PLC systems for controlling their machines. This has enabled the development of advanced service systems and remote teleservice. It also creates an ability to intervene rapidly in Europe
and throughout the world. Our service operates on 4 levels of intervention:
- Full-time assistance (6 days out of 7, 24h);
- Working hours assistance (5 days out of 7, daytime);
- Spot assistance (intervention within 15 days after the call, daytime);
- Programmed interventions (within 15 days of the call).
We are studying a “partner” contract which includes all the service steps offered in a single solution. This envisages support and on-site checks in addition to a service tailored to the needs of the customer, even including urgent interventions within 48 / 72h throughout the world.
